ClearPath Mobile Notary provides professional mobile notarization for individuals, families, businesses, hospitals, nursing facilities, estate planning attorneys, and title companies. Pricing is based on travel distance, notarizations required, and appointment type.

Travel fees are based on driving distance from our home base in zip code 44121. Notarial fees are separate and are added to the travel fee.

11-20 miles +$50
21-30 miles +$65
31-40 miles +$90
Appointments beyond 40 miles require a custom quote.

Valid Government-Issued Photo ID:
All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
Documents Must Be Complete:
Please have your documents filled out before the appointment, but do not sign until instructed by the notary.
All Signers Must Be Present:
Everyone whose signature requires notarization must be present with their ID.
Payment:
Payment is required before notarization. Travel fees may apply.

Facility visit packages include mobile travel from ZIP Code 44121 and up to 2 notarizations for your existing documents. Available for appointments at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and hospice facilities. Facility visit pricing reflects the additional time and coordination that may be required for appointments in care settings.
